Incident Owner and Approver email disrepancy
Summary:
An employee received the incident owner email but additionally he got the incident approver email which is actually sent to a higher level manager (who approves ALL incidents). Why is this happening? Could someone advise as to why he is getting the Owner alert AND the approver one? He should not get the approver email alert.
