Health and Safety: AmountSpilled and AmountRecovered do not accept floating numbers

Hi all,

For the Health and Safety module > Spill Events, the fields related to Spill Amount and Recovered Amount do not accept floating numbers but only integers. For example, it is defaulting to 0 when entering 0.1190. Is it possible/is there a setting that allows these fields to also accept floating numbers?
