IP Address Allow-list - how to validate

Under "Update Network Configurations"

⇒ After the Console conversion, the associated Oracle proxy/gateway IPs will change. If you have set up allow-lists to permit network traffic from Oracle IPs or you have set up a VPN or FastConnect, you will need to update the values for the Oracle IPs to prepare for the conversion. ⇐

How to validate, screenshots or console navigation path please, if we've setup allow-lists of IP Address for our Fusion Applications?

Also, screenshots or console navigation path to check if we've VPN or FastConnect setup?

I thought there was a demo that @Garrett Reynolds-Oracle presented in January for this IP Address Allow-list (Whitelisting) setup that talked about it during the FAQ but i couldn't find the content of it. A new demo or screenshot on how to validate the Network Configurations (pre conversion Step 6) that would be awesome. Thank you!
