Customise Redwood Theme

Has anyone found a way to customise the Redwood Theme to change colours, smart tip icons etc?

We customised the Classic theme to change colours of the Help Panel, smart tips, step frames etc and included different smart tip icons for different types of content. We have not switched to the Redwood Theme yet as I cannot see how to customise it in the same way as for the Classic theme as the same coding options do not appear to be available. With the Redwood theme becoming mandatory in 24C (July), we need to be able to apply the same colour scheme etc to the Redwood theme.
