Unarchiving Custom folder after refresh fails without any error message

We have been backing up the Custom folders (under shared folders) before the refresh on all non-prod pods. After the refresh is complete, we import back the custom folder back by unarchiving it. It was working fine without any issues.

Offlate, unarchiving this folder errors out without giving any messages. After 600 records, it fails.

If the Replace is set to 'None' it works, but the security is different. If we set the Replace to 'All', it fails.

I have the BI Admin role, so security shouldn't be an issue is my understanding. Can someone throw shed some light.
