hide rows in a pbcs form

Hello Experts!

I have a form that I would like to supress rows that contains "almost" zero. I click on option supress missing / zero rows but in my example doesn't work because is not an exact zero as you can see in the screenshot.

Is there any option to do similiar to validation rule? like range?

My Validation rule working fine but not the first column:

Maybe can I apply a rule or groovy rule when loading form to hide rows with almost zero?

Thanks!
