How to enable the Business Service ItemCostService:retrieveItemCost?

Hello,

I'm trying to set up the business service in the ERP connector in OIC GEN 3 but it's not showing up. Here's an example from another instance:

Does anyone know what step I need to take to be able to see the business service "Item Cost Service"?
