Talent pool section also removed when succession plan related roles are removed

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): Hi all, I have removed duty roles and privileges related to adding and viewing succession plans from manager role. However, when I did that, even the talent pool section gets removed from manager view. I would like to know if there is way we can give access to managers to view talent pools there DR's are in. However, the succession plan info should not be visible.
