Create a book out of reports from multiple data sources

1. Is there a way two create a book by combining reports from different data sources. If yes, what data source do I choose in the book creation window as the first step?
2. If I create a book with multiple reports which have same headers individually, is there a way to see the header only once in the beginning of the book and not repeat it for for every report?
