Segment Value Security - Not seeing all values

Hello -

I have enabled Segment Value Security for 'Account' and it seems to be working, but only for a few values. I can see some of the accounts under the parent but not all accounts. I cannot see accounts under different parents, which is correct. Is there another step to be able to see all values under the parent that I have set up the rule/policy for?
