Unable to define a secondary ledger with data conversion level of balance

Summary:

Unable to define a secondary ledger with data conversion level of balance.

I am defining a secondary ledger with same currency, Different COA Structure (Segments are same but for one of the segments, secondary balancing is enabled) and same accounting method.

System is not allowing to save the data conversion option with 'Balancing'. It throws the below error.

You can only use an accounting method for secondary ledgers at the subledger level or adjustments only level. (GL-781140).

I wanted to have balancing option so that when the entries are transferred from primary ledger to secondary ledger on monthly basis, secondary balancing entries are generated in secondary ledger.
