Employee unable to Provide Event Specific Details when creating a new Incident

edited May 8, 2024 6:57AM in Human Capital Management 1 comment

Summary:

When creating an incident, employee is able to choose event type(s) however the employee is able to provide only the highlevel details which is common for all incidents.

We have a need where employee provides more details specific to an event. For Ex: in a Vechicle accident, the Employee need to provide details about the vehicle details, which can be captured through DFF segments enabled however the Event details page is not accessible when creating a new incident. The employee has to go to view the inicident (my client group / Health & Safety / Safety Incidents), and then update the Event type details.

Howdy, Stranger!
