    Processing a Transfer from a different Location

    Summary:

    Our HR users are getting the following error message when attempting to process location transfers through Manage Job Offers. We're unsure how to resolve the issue. The candidate is relocating, so their current assignment is managed by a different location, but the new location created the job offer in ORC, so they should be able to activate the new assignment from Manage Job Offers, right?

    Here are the recreation steps:

    1. Navigate to Manage Job Offers
    2. Find the candidate and select the transfer action:
