Primary Category Flag in API

We are inserting images into items through the fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/itemsV2/{itemsV2UniqID}/child/ItemAttachment API, but in this API there is no option for me to send it as PRIMARY CATEGORY.
This way, the images do not appear in the shopping catalog. As a workaround, I am generating an FDBI and updating items that do not have this tag.
Has anyone ever experienced this? Does any other API have this field?
