Recommendation for unique employee supplier name

Summary:

I would like clarification on the creation of employee suppliers using the FBDI template process. Specifically, in regards to whether providing an employee's email address during the supplier creation process is helpful or not.
We have a current FBDI process where we create employee suppliers for AP reimbursements. To assist in having unique supplier names, we concatenate the employee's first, middle, and last name to create a unique name. 90% of the time this works for us. However, we are now including workers from Asia Pacific countries where they do not have a middle name and more than one worker will have the same first and last name combinations.
