Instructions for setting up EPCM with EPBCS DM?

Summary:

We are working on migrating from PCM to EPCM. I am attempting to set up the DM interfaces between the two and cannot get them set up in EPBCS. I can get them to work when I set them up in EPCM and can run them via a Pipeline in EPBCS but I cannot get them to work when set up in Planning. I am fine with the pushes of data from Planning to EPCM living in EPCM but would like the workbench data for EPBCS to live in EPBCS so would like to figure out why
