24B Existing Self-Paced Offering Not Automatically Launching

Summary:

Assigned an existing course with one self-paced offering. Learner still had to select the offering. Created a new course with one self-paced offering. Learner was automatically assigned to the offering as expected with 24B release.

After the release was installed, I ran the ESS jobs for the following and attempted to reconcile the learning assignments to see if that would trigger the change. Is there another process to run?
