Effective date / Frozen date on FAW/OAC

edited Jul 16, 2024 1:45PM in Reporting and Analytics for HCM 1 comment

Hi guys,

Our client is asking us to use this "effective date" parameter on FAW/OAC but with a specific requirement :

They would like to have this "frozen date" every month that could be set up every month to be able to take into account the changes up till a certain date.

Here is an example : let's say that employees were hired in April 2024 but the changes on HCM have been registered the 5th of May only. They want to make sure that these people are displayed in their April reports. They would like to set up a frozen date around the 10th, meaning that every change made before that date would be integrated in the prior month (April in this case), however, for other changes made after the 10th, they will only be displayed in the current month (May in this case).

Howdy, Stranger!
