How to generate BIP report bursting output in PDF and HTML both

The requirement is to get the email notification through bursting BIP report as an attachment and email body both.

The template of the report contains tables , company logo and arabic language data also. PFA sample email notification which is generated through bursting in HTML format. Requirement is to get same mail attached in pdf also.
