How to test CVR without creating journal or even going to Create Journal page

Let's say I have 200 Cross Validation Rule setup in the system and I want to test it. What are my ways to test the CVR if it is working or not without going to the Create Journal page and create journals for each cross validation rule?

I'm thinking of REST API that sends info the fusion but not necessarily creates journal to test cross validation rule. Though I'm not possible if that is possible.
