How to connect to OCI Services (Ex: OCI Queues)

Summary:

We would like to configure OCI Queues as a data source in OCI DI. Only option to use "Generic REST" as data source.

Generic REST is limited to Basic Auth or OAuth 2.0, while OCI Queues REST API require OCI Signature verification.

Is there any alternative other than using something like APIGW or OIC as an abstraction layer around OCI Queues REST API?
