Allocation Rule with equal number of target and offset lines

Summary:

I have to create Recurring Journal where the Jornal lines should be based on a source(Period to date balance of some accounts).

Source take PTD balance for account at 3 different cost centers "301", "302", "304"
Distribution percentage from source to recurring is based each cost center 1. For source line Cost Center "301" 10% should be allocated to target in the same way for "302" : 20% and "304" : 50% respectively.

Please comment if you have come across similar king of requirement and also if this can be achieved using Allocations
