New-Hire Account Creation Templates
Our organization will occasionally have bursts of hiring new agents, sometimes 50+ at a time.
When I go to Staff Accounts + and try to copy a record it instead attempts to make a copy of the profile instead of the account.
Is there a way to create New Account Templates where our onboarding staff can create a copy of the template and fill in only the Name and Email? (Tier 1 Agent Template, Tier 2 Agent Template, etc)
Alternatively, an "Import Existing Definition" similar to when creating a New Report would accomplish the same goal.
Is this possible, or must our onboarding staff create all of these accounts individually?
