Workforce Performance - Performance Task Status Real Time showing incorrect assignment information

The Workforce Performance - Performance Task Status Real Time subject area seems to be displaying incorrect assignment information for employees that have had their evaluations transferred. In the code pasted below, I am working on an OTBI report that pulls general assignment information along with evaluation performance task information.

In cases where an employee has had an evaluation transferred to a new assignment, the subject area is showing assignment information from the assignment previous to the transfer instead of after the transfer. Why is it doing this? Is it a configuration issue, a bug, or working as intended?

If I look at specific examples on the hra_evaluations table, the assignment has been correctly transferred and is showing up with the correct assignment id on that table.
