Unable to push the scheduled BI PDF and XML outputs to API format

Summary:

Our client had a requirement to push the 2 scheduled BI PDF and XML outputs to API format. We are trying to integrate the Oracle System generated BI PDF and XML outputs to one our clients third party users through API. Unable to figure out how to convert the PDF and XML to a string that sends the data into API call of the third party system which can read the data and convert that string into PDF into their system and XML data.
