How do companies manage work schedules where are 4 days on 4 off

edited Jun 11, 2024 8:58AM in Workforce Management 10 comments

Summary:

Hello!

Keen to know how other companies who run rotating shifts patterns of 4 work days and 4 days off work within their Oracle HCM.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

When you have a worker doing this work pattern it means that not all weeks will have equal number of work days and hours worked.

However, on the assignment record, there is only space to enter 1 value for both work days and working hours per week, these values may be used to derive entitlements such as annual leave or pay etc.

Any suggestions on what to do in these circumstances?

Howdy, Stranger!
