Ability to import custom html template for notifications in Oracle Integration

Ability to import a HTML content as a template file and use it for notification content within OIC email notification activity.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Often we use notification activity in OIC to send notifications and use variables or stage write to construct the html content and use that content to send as notification. If the content is too long, the variables and structure to generate manually is error prone and often cause difficulties while editing the content as well.
