Security book in Report

Hello,

we have a problem viewing the book created in "Report" and made up of two single reports. With a power user you can correctly view the two reports that make up the book, while the book with the same pov returns only the summary without pages. If we try to give the service administrator role at the user, the book also extracts the pages correctly. How can you solve this problem without giving service administrator role?
