Error while creating Web Service

We have an issue related to data transfer from the APEX application
to Oracle Fusion Application and vice versa using webservice
(<soap>). This issue has been present since May 20, 2024. We have
created 2 Service Requests (SR 3-36818165890: NextGenFA - Cannot create
Simple Invoice from Oracle APEX Application to Oracle Fusion Financials
and SR 3-36959691361: How to add an IP whitelist for Oracle Fusion in an
APEX application on Oracle Cloud).

According to SR 3-36818165890,
it was suggested to add an IP whitelist for the APEX product and create
an SR to the Product Team (APEX), which we did. After creating the SR
