Hi all,

I have a requirement where I have the opa interviews embedded into the article of service cloud. Now, I need to track the progress of the interview sessions using the report functionality of the service cloud. Ideally, we can get the data populated into the reports of the service cloud when incident is created. But, here, I also need to track and see if the users are able to reach the end screen or not and also see if they are terminating the sessions before reaching the end screen.

So, is there a way in service cloud/OPA through which I can track and see a summary of the interviews through which I can find to which screen the user has reached and terminated.?
