Ability to highlight the changed attributes values on Revision or Version

Summary:

We have a requirement that is periodically asked by users to highlight the list of attributes that got changed/values got updated after a Revision or Version of the transaction and mention those attributes in the output document. I believe we don't have any standard features to highlight the changed attributes.

The only solution which I could think of is to store the attribute value that got approved and compare the values on an action after a revision or version. Since there are many line-level attributes involved there could be a possibility for a performance issue due to the attribute comparison process.
