Why is the approval workflow status displaying differently in RSSP than SSP?

Approval workflow accessed from RSSP do not use same verbage as SSP.

When requisition approvals are escalated, the 'skipped' approver represents differently in the workflow based on where it was accessed from:

SSP displays the 'Skipped' approver as "Assigned to" in the workflow

RSSP displays the 'Skipped' approver as "Pending approval by" in the workflow

I have attached a screenshot of the workflow from both(SSP on right, RSSP on left)

This is confusing to the end user. Is there a reason for the discrepancy in verbage? Will these align prior to the forced adoption of RSSP in 25A?
