The task list show "You have no access" when adding a new user to assigned group

Hello everyone,

We have a question about the Tasklist in Oracle EPBCS version 24.06.86.

Step 1: We created Template and its tasks and assigned it to group A (Group A has 10 users)

Step 2: We scheduled the task list based on the Template created in Step 1.

Step 3: We added a new user to Group A

And when this user open the tasklist, it shows "You have no access":

The question is:

Why when the tasklist is open/scheduled and assigned to a Group, after we add a new user in group, this new user can not open the task in tasklist?

How can we fix this?
