Career of Interest in Redwood

edited Jun 21, 2024 5:39PM in Grow 3 comments

Summary:

Hi,

In the responsive Oracle UI, we have a functioanlity of Explore Careers where recommended careers appear based on the competency % match.
(Navigation: Me —> Career and Performance —> Career Development —> Explore Careers —> Recommended Careers section

In Redwood, we see Careers of Interest only under the Grow option
(Navigation: Me—> Show More—> Grow —> Careers of Interest)

And in this navigation, we are not getting any recommendations

Question: How does Career Development , Explore Careers (Career of interest) work in Redwood?

Please note: As per Oracle document, 'Learning' is a 'mandatory pre-requisite' to implement Grow. But we are not implementing 'Learning' at our client. But we still want Explore Careers to work based on competency as in responsive.

Howdy, Stranger!
