Any workaround to allow multiple CMK message definitions for the same collaboration document?

For the same service provider, is there any way to have multiple different Collaboration Message Definitions active at once for the "Invoice - Outbound" collaboration document type?

We have some certain customers who need their invoices processed differently in CMK, so they need a different collaboration message defined and linked to the trading partner (we can't achieve what we want to do by editing the XSL linked to the message definition). But this is not possible in CMK.
