OAuth for Oracle Expense Module to call API's

Hi,

I need help to enable Okta Authentication to call APIs in third party application.

We have Expense application which is integrated with the Oracle. Now we are using basic authentication to call API's, but as security purpose we need Okta ID exchange functionality to be enable.

I need to know about the process.
