Location or Functional access to Absences for Higher Grade Managers
Summary:
I currently have a business case to develop an absence calendar which provides managers at a certain grade access to the absences for their Location and Function (Job Family). This is what they currently have access to through their current system but this will be disappearing soon.
I have developed a MVP for the Absence Calendar and I am now trying to understand what roles/privilege's the manager would need to have to be able to access people beyond their direct line. Would this be based on AOR?
I have looked into the Duty roles which will provide access to the subject areas required but am uncertain of how to begin aligning role access with AOR or other criteria.
