How to two way verification at the time of Receipt and Shipping

Do we have the ability to have "QA" checks by a supervisors or leads while the picker is in the middle of a pick in order to get a second set of eyes that the right items were picked from the warehouse.

As per our business requirement, we have a very high value items. For those items, while shipping we need a two stage verification required. As per the existing process the picker and packer are the same user, is it possible to divide this process into two step verification process. Like, where picking can be performed by one user and packer can be another user. Is that setup is possible.
