Issue: Deleting Shared Entity in Entity Dimension

Summary:

There is a shared entity under one group in the Entity Dimension that cannot be deleted. When attempting to delete it, an error occurs. We also checked this entity is not used in any form, report, configuration, or custom rule.

When cloning to the Prod instance, we are able to delete the entity, but not in the current test instance.

Error while deleting shared entity:
