Learning Initiatives for Mandatory Courses
Understand that Learning Initiatives has the feature to auto assign the Mandatory Learning Courses as per the employee joining date however we will like to know if only configuration of Learning Initiatives will trigger the courses or we need to have an OTBI report for each course with enterprise hire date set for current date and run the agent , Will this work or is there any other finationlity which we can use to trigger Mandatory courses will prefer using Learning Intiatives
