Data Migration impact on Learning

Hi,

We are already live with Oracle learn with basic Core HR data. We are already using LMS module and Global Access Groups These access groups are picking data from reports.

Now, we are going live with Core HR module and will also be loading the updated employee data, their hierarchy and assignment information.

Will this new employee data impact the access groups and the existing learnings tagged to the employee. In case employee is not eligible ,will this training gets automatically removed from his catalog? and if someone becomes eligible, will he get tagged to the learning?
