Facing error while trying to configure a model in POSTMAN

Summary:

While trying to add "Installation Labor" group in a SYSTEM facing below error on "addToTxn" API.

Steps I have followed:

1.https://jcitest2.bigmachines.com/rest/v15/configfireDomain.install.installationLabor/actions/_configureInSystem

2.https://jcitest2.bigmachines.com/rest/v15/configfireDomain.install.installationLabor/actions/_interact

In this API, I am trying to add 2 items then only this error is occurring also (It is working fine while trying to add single item) . The behavior is not constant. Sometimes, 2 items are added but with same item name, the item name is getting overridden. But this is happening when I redo the step 2, 3, 4.
