Items are not populating automatically in cycle count

Summary:

I am trying to perform the cycle count on the items which are already there in item classes and the expectation is as we have Cycle Count Enable = Yes in PIM for all the items it should populate automatically in the "Define classes and item" page but it's not coming there even i tried to synchronized using append option but still no success.

Please help me or let me know if I am doing anything wrong, attached screenshots for the reference.
