CCC - SEO - Customize structured data

Hi, we need to customize our SEO structured data on the Product and Item List pages.

I've read through the following https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/cx-commerce/uoccs/customize-structured-data.html.

It suggests we can amend it (add additional properties and update values of some existing), or disable in order to implement custom scripts. I cannot find how/where this should be done.

Below is an example of what we trying to achieve.

We have SEO data currently loading on a product page, e.g. https://www.homechoice.co.za/kamaria-bedding-sets
