Unexpected behavior of FCC Report

When we open a report, it works and displays report with correct numbers.

But as soon as we try to expand account category to check numbers on detailed accounts, it does not work. (same for other dimension in the rows)

It does not get expanded when clicked on arrow button.

Same retrieval works with Smart view.

This is a user specific problem and same report works fine for Admins.
