OAuth Callback - Failed retrieving access token from service provider

Summary:

Getting this error "[OAuth Callback] Failed retrieving access token from service provider" when trying to get an Authorization code.

Config was done as per documentation: and getting the Authorization code as per documentation:

The Redirect URL I used is https://<oic-instance-url>/icsapis/agent/oauth/callback

Can you please advise?
