Is there any way to sort warning/exception messages produced with Order Management Extension.

We are using the below the order management extension to validate the item quantity in the order line with the item EFF quantity and then generate exceptions/warning accordingly. Right now the warnings are not generated in the correct sequence of the order line number.

Is there any way to sort warnings based on the line number of the order.
