How can we create Enterprise contract java string and java table variables?

Summary: We want to use variables that are dynamically generated based on the values entered on the Purchase order/BPA or based on item, supplier or any other attribute that is used on the PO/BPA.

Does the Java string or Java table support these kind of requirements?

Can we get some examples of how to create the Java string or Java table based variables and where is the code stored for this?
