Ability to invoke OIC flows or write to Object Storage from within Visual Builder in SaaS

Can anyone confirm for me if we are able to invoke OIC flows and write to Object Storage from within Visual Builder in SaaS (ie, New Application Extension rather than New Visual Application) .

I have built a simple application in PaaS Visual Builder that achieves this, we now want to see if its possible to move to use Visual Builder in SaaS.

If this is possible pointers to any related doco. or tutorials related to this would be much appreciated.
