Failed to access the production instance with Visual Builder Excel Add-in to mass upload items

Failed to access the production instance to upload items in bulk in public shopping lists through Visual Builder Excel Add-in. I was able to do it with the previous instance without facing any issue.

The issue is once i open the Visual builder excel file and add the Service Host, I try to login to the instance so i can download the data then upload the changes. But, I keep on receiving errors in the login stage as per the picture shown below. (The credentials are 100% correct but still don't know why I keep getting this error). So, is it an issue of access?
